What We OfferAll inclusive, transparent pricing for weekdays and weekends. During your rental, you will have unlimited access to both our 6,000 sq foot indoor space as well as a 3/4 acre spacious outdoor courtyard. Inside, you have full access to our furnished kitchen, projector and screen, tables and chairs, and more. A full list of what's included with our rental of our space is listed below.

- Microphone, screen, and overhead projector with complete hookups for sound
- Furnished Kitchen equipped with sink, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee pot & abundant counter space
- Beautiful wooden pergola in courtyard with string lights and large trees providing plenty of shade
- Roll down doors available for kitchen close off option
- Separate Ladies and Gentlemen Restrooms
- Pull-thru drive way in courtyard for BBQ or Catering trailer
- An abundant 3 acres worth of parking in front and back
- Satellite TV and WiFi
- White linen tablecloths and chair covers are available for rental of $1.50 each
